BALLET, CONTEMPORARY AND STARLINE MUSICAL THEATRE COMPANY
This year we are excited to introduce our Contemporary Company. The Contemporary Company will give our students the opportunity to work in another genre on a weekly basis. The Starline Company encompasses tap, jazz, musical theatre and kickline genres. Ballet Company members will work on both classical and contemporary ballets. All Companies will be chosen by open auditions the end of August 2020. You may audition for one or all Companies. New students interested in joining any of our Companies, may audition on an individual basis. Please contact the studio at info@mainstagedance.com for class requirements or schedule an audition. All three Companies perform an extra piece in our June performance. They also have the opportunity to perform at community functions and charity events.
PERFORMANCES & CONVENTIONS
Our Main Attraction and Coming Attraction members attend conventions and showcases annually. The benefits of attending showcases and conventions include performance experience, exposure to other talented dancers in the area, taking classes and learning from world-renowned artists, along with audition and scholarship opportunities.
